Paid Social Media Coordinator

Chacka Marketing is seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Paid Social Media Coordinator, reporting to a Digital Media Manager.

The Coordinator is an entry-level position that will assist Digital Media Managers and Specialists in the day-to-day planning and execution of paid social marketing campaigns. The Coordinator is an integral part of the marketing team and provides critical support to facilitate all aspects of campaign management.
A successful Coordinator will be revenue-minded, have an entrepreneurial mindset and be passionate about our client partners' success.

Operational Responsibilities:


  • Assist Specialists and Managers in all phases of social media including, project planning, research, design, content development (as needed), and ongoing analysis

  • Responsible for monitoring client budgets

  • Responsible for joining weekly client calls and creating weekly client reports

  • Responsible for documenting meeting minutes, writing call recaps and updating Task tracker after all weekly calls

  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the paid social channels, and develop client-facing skills

  • Monitor client, competitor and industry changes

  • Assist with content analysis and optimization

  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports

  • Assist team with forecasting

  • Stay current on industry blogs and relevant product releases

  • Compile all required historical data for the team’s QBRs

  • Support Managers with initiatives on an ad hoc basis





  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or related field

  • Must be results-driven, enjoy problem-solving and passionate about being challenged

  • Possess and demonstrate the ability to think analytically

  • Strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills

  • Solid proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for in-depth analysis, client-facing reports and presentations

  • Ability to prioritize and strategize based on company and client goals

  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills are a must

  • Strong desire and ability to think creatively, solve problems, and use professional judgment

  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and work calmly under pressure

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times

  • Self-starter
